How do I know when my order ships?

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number(s) and estimated delivery date(s).

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we send a shipment confirmation email with tracking information to the email address you provided during checkout. If you have not received a shipment confirmation email, we may still be processing your order. Or, you may want to check your spam/trash mailbox.

Is it possible to place an order over the phone?

No, we do not offer the possibility to place orders over the phone with us, as we do not take payment information over the phone. At this time we only accept orders that are placed via our online ordering system.

Are returns free?

The cost of the return is the responsibility of the purchaser. But if returning an item due to receiving a damaged(defective) product, we will be responsible for the return shipping cost and resend a product. 

Can I request a specific time and date of delivery?

We are unable to guarantee delivery on a specific date or time. Delays may occur due to bad weather, aircraft problems, and other events out of our control.
