Freight

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in your order. Shipping will be charged at the time of purchase. This price will be the final price charged to the customer for shipping.

Warranty returns

LIXTOP will gladly accept any valid warranty claim if the claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of the item.
Customers will be required to prepay for return shipping, but we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim.
We will process your warranty claim within 7 days of receiving the warranty claim item.
After confirming your warranty claim, you will have the following options:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) Store Credit Refunds
(c) replacement items sent to you (if in stock)

International shipping time

All orders are processed within 1-2 days during business hours Monday-Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Generally, orders shipped internationally take 14 to 22 days in transit. It depends on the courier company you choose. We can provide a more specific estimate when you choose express delivery during checkout.

Delivery time

Orders typically ship within 2 business days of order payment.
Our warehouse is open during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, except for national holidays, when the warehouse will be closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.

Shipping address change

For requests to change the shipping address, we may change the address at any time before the order is shipped.

Out-of-stock items

If an item is out of stock, we will ship it as soon as it is available in stock and as soon as the remaining items are back in stock.

Overdue delivery

If the delivery is taking longer than expected, please contact us so we can investigate.

Track notification

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can track the progress of their shipment against the latest updates from the shipping provider.

Package damaged in transit

If you find that the package is damaged during transportation, please try to reject the package from the courier and contact our customer service. If the package has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for the next steps.

Dealing with package damage in transit

We will process refunds or exchanges as soon as the courier completes the claim investigation.
